About Twice Media Productions

We opened our doors in Houston, Texas on August 2, 2012. Our CEO Tiffany L. Williams decided to start the business after her father’s death in late 2011. He owned an entertainment company for more than 20 years and worked as a deejay with the stage name DJ Ice. In keeping with his entrepreneurial spirit, Tiffany launched the business and dedicated it to him by naming it Twice, combining her initials and his stage name. Twice Media Productions was born.

Creative Direction

Tiffany serves as our CEO and creative director. She manages the overall direction of the company, makes key decisions on the company’s behalf, and serves as creative director for all video marketing and production projects.

Tiffany brings a wealth of knowledge and familiarity within the technology and digital marketing fields. She began working as a media trainer for the Freedom Forum Diversity Institute in Nashville, Tenn., in 2009, where she taught the basics of photography, audio and video production.

Since then, Tiffany continues to work with the Freedom Forum (now the Newseum Institute) as well as a host of other clients, including Shell, Wells Fargo, Houston Airport System and the Houston Area Urban League. She also currently teaches video production at Prairie View A&M University. Williams received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Tennessee State University and her Master of Arts in Journalism and Documentary filmmaking from Michigan State University.

1. Vision

After filling out a brief questionnaire, we sit down together to figure out the overall message you want to convey and who you want to convey it to, as well as plan the best approach for bringing your vision to life.

2. Strategy

Following the consultation, our creative team will begin devising a video marketing strategy that will help you share your story and build trust with your ideal consumer.

3. Logistics

Once you’ve approved the strategy, script, shoot list, and other items, we will begin ordering any materials or props, hiring actors or voice over talent, and scheduling all production dates.

4. Production

Here’s the fun part! Once we know exactly what you want for your videos, we will start production. This involves shooting the actual video. We bring the lights and cameras, you bring the action!

5. Delivery & Metrics

After we finish shooting the videos, our team of skilled video editors will begin crafting your masterpiece to best tell your story! We always deliver your finished videos, in multiple formats, within the agreed upon timeline – guaranteed! If you have any changes, we make up to three revisions at no additional cost to you.
